Logging In

If you've already created your profile on HaleyMarketing:

  • Enter your e-mail Address which you provided when you signed up for the Idea Exchange.

  • Enter your password. Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

  • Once you've entered the above information, press the "Login" button.

Forgot Your Password?


Don't worry if you've forgotten your Password. Haley Marketing Group will find it for you. For your safety and privacy, we'll send your Password to you via e-mail the e-mail address that you provided to us upon signup.

To lookup Your E-mail address, enter your e-mail address in the space provided and click the "Mail My Password" link. Once you have done this, your password should arrive shortly via your regular e-mail account.


Still Having trouble Logging In?

Remember the password is case sensitive. If you're having trouble logging in, first make sure that your caps lock key is off and that you have correctly spelled your e-mail address or password. If these do not work, try the suggestions below.

1. Some browsers require you to physically click the "Login" button, and won’t let you use the "Enter" key to submit the sign in form. If you hit "Enter", the browser may reload the sign in screen without processing your information. Try using your mouse to click the "Login" button after you type in your valid e-mail address and password.

2. Haley Marketing Group requires your browser to accept cookies. Follow the steps below to enable cookies. (For more information on how Haley Marketing Group uses cookies, please see our Privacy and Security policy). If your browser is not listed below, please consult your browser’s documentation for help.

Microsoft Explorer 4.x

  • Select the View menu.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Select the Advanced tab.
  • Scroll down to Cookies.
  • Make sure the button next to "Always Accept Cookies" is filled.

Microsoft Explorer 5.x

  • Select the Tools menu.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Select the Security tab.
  • Select the Internet icon.
  • Select Custom Level.
  • Scroll down to Cookies.
  • Make sure the buttons next to "Enable" under the headings, "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per session cookies" are filled.

Netscape 4.x

  • Select the Edit menu.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Select Advanced.
  • In the "Cookies" section, make sure the button beside "Do not accept cookies" is not filled.

It's possible your browser has stored old information in cache. To solve this you can clear your browser cache (the temporary Internet files saved by your browser). To do so, follow the instructions below. If your browser is not listed, please consult the browser’s documentation for help.

Microsoft Explorer 4.x

  • Go to the View menu.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Access the General tab.
  • Click the Delete Files button to clear your cache.

Microsoft Explorer 5.x

  • Go to the Tools menu.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Access the General tab.
  • Click the Delete Files button to clear your cache.

Netscape 4.x

  • Go to the Edit menu.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Select Advanced.
  • Select Cache.
  • Click Clear Memory Cache; Click OK
  • Click Clear Disk Cache; Click OK
